Root Blower Aeration Pump

Root Blower Aerator pumps for Biofloc Aquaculture
A root blower (or Roots blower) is a positive displacement air pump used frequently in aquaculture to provide aeration. Aeration is the process of introducing oxygen into water.
How It Works:
- It consists of two lobed rotors that rotate opposite to each other in a casing.
- Rotating, they trap air in pockets between the rotors and the casing and pass it from the intake to the discharge side.
- It does not compress air within the casing; however, air is compressed against system back pressure when it exits.
Kisanflex, offers wide range of industry best root blower air pumps for Biofloc Aquaculture.
Advantages:
- Consistent, unbroken airflow
- Oil-free air (free from water contamination)
- Is capable of dealing with higher pressures than normal air pumps
- Low maintenance with a longer life expectancy
